Owing to inadequate quorum of the original Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Safety Specialist Committee (SSC) scheduled for 26 April 2024 and in pursuance of Clause 8.3 of the Division Rules, notice is hereby given that the adjourned AGM of the SSC will be held on Monday, 6 May 2024 at 6:30pm at Lyric Room, Room 9, 9/F, China Hong Kong City Tower 2, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, for the following purposes:
1. To receive and confirm the Minutes of the AGM for Session 2022/2023.
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the SSC for Session 2023/2024.
3. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement of the SSC for Session 2023/2024.
4. To elect the Chairman and Ordinary Members of the SSC for Session 2024/2025.
In case of adjournment of the AGM, members of the SSC shall check on the Institution’s website at www.hkie.org.hk and the SSC’s website at http://ssc.hkie.org.hk of the revised venue, time and date for the adjourned AGM.
