Programme Highlight:

This guided visit that will provide a comprehensive understanding of two leading manufacturers operating in different yet highly complementary fields. This visit is designed to give you an in‑depth look at their technological strengths, production capabilities, and future development directions.

Dongguan Tech Free Air Conditioning Manufacturing Co., Ltd is founded in 2001, the company is located in Shipaizhen, Dongguan. As a wholly Hong Kong–Macau–invested enterprise, Tech Free has over 20 years of experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment manufacturing. The company operates three phases of self owned factories covering over 300,000 sq. ft., equipped with comprehensive R&D, production and testing facilities. During the visit, you will see the company’s nationally accredited multifunction air conditioning laboratory, capable of simulating extreme environmental conditions to ensure product performance and reliability. The R&D team also develops system solutions, automation controls, and software programming.

FSL Electric (Dongguan) Limited, one the manufacturing plants of Fed Supremetech Limited (FSL), was founded on 20 July 2005, located in Shipaizhen, Dongguan. This 14,600 m² facility consists of 7,060 m² of production space, 5,840 m² of warehouse space, 900 m² of test space, and over 250 employees.

FSL has evolved into a prominent joint venture with Schneider Electric. With over 40 years of specialization, FSL excels in the design and manufacturing of LV switchboards, MCCs, LMCPs, Capacitor Banks, Busbar chamber (BBC) and Small Distribution Board (SDB). FSL’s comprehensive services include site installation, commissioning, and maintenance across Hong Kong, Macau, and international markets.

During the tour, you will also learn about FSL’s continuous advancements in research and development. In recent years, the company has strengthened its innovation capabilities and secured several important patents, including:

•    Various machinery for Automated manufactory process
•    Multiple patents granted between 2024–2025 covering distribution boxes, circuit breaker components, and structural innovations
•    AI application for various industrial safety implementation  

These achievements highlight FSL’s leadership in intelligent power distribution and mechanical‑electrical integration, reinforcing its commitment to technological excellence.

2.Priority will be given to SSC member. Successful participants will be noticed separately.

CPD Certificate:
