Mr. Neil van Kalles, HSSE Manager (Asia) for Hargreaves has spent most of his career working in the oil and gas industry and has worked extensively in SE Asia. Neil is a NEBOSH and TapRooT tutor and specialises in the development of HSSE Management frameworks for international companies.
Content:
The Speaker will demonstrate the use of process views to represent the incident management process before comparing the methodology of two formal Incident Investigation methodologies (Cause-Mapping and TapRoot). The graphical representation of the outcome of the incident investigation shall be compared and contrasted. Using a common methodology in a company is important to ensure consistency between investigations.
