Professional Background of the Speaker:
Mr. Isaac Lee is Chartered Construction Manager of CIOB and
CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) who has been engaging in various types of
significant projects including historical, infrastructural, commercial, and
residential property development to implement BIM since 2011.
Isaac is currently working as a BIM Manager in Kerry Properties
Limited, taking charge of digital transformation in developing the BIM
processes and the information management. He acts as the BIM Champion to lead
and collaborate the interdisciplinary professional teams to deliver
high-quality information and model over the development life cycle in the
existing and new projects. In early, 2022, he was assigned to hold a concurrent
position as a SMART Manager in Kerry Properties, responsible to the development
of Digital Twin, Smart Construction and Smart Initiatives for the projects.
On top of his professional & work achievement, Isaac is a guest
lecturer and trainer in the university and institution, dedicating in education
to cultivating talents continuously to support the digital transformation and
growth of industry.
Programme Highlights:
The new process with Building Information Modelling and new digital technologies
are both highly promoted and adopted nowadays for the construction industry in
Hong Kong. Before anything else, “Life First” is the most important at any time
in anywhere. BIM or digital solutions cannot save life but it can help a lot in
supporting us for improving the construction safety.
This webinar will be in short and hopefully inspire the construction
practitioners on how we could do the best in using the latest new technologies
or process in the projects.

Electronic copy of CPD Certificate will be delivered to participants
(who have attended for more than half of the session) within one month after
the online forum conducted.
