Speakers
Ir CW Lau (劉志雲),
MSc(Leeds), RPE(CVL,GEL,STL), RSO,RSA,
CEng, MIStructE, MICE, FGS, MHKIE, CMIOSH, has over 40 years of practical
experience in UK, HK and Macao SAR. Before his retirement from
the Administration, he had headed the Safety & Environ. Advisory Unit of
CEDD and has extensive experience in the subject matter, and had participated in formulating safety policy and initiatives for Govt. contracts. Previously, Ir Lau had worked as a Section Leader in UK,
Associate-Partner of John Connell, SGE of GEO, Assist. Secretary
(Safety) of ETWB, SPM of GalaxyEG. He had taught the subject of Marine Construction Safety as an Assist.
Professor of Chu Hai College of Higher Education from 2006 to 2015.
