Introduction
This course facilitates
participants a thorough understanding of the practices and standards relating
to safe working for installing, maintaining and repairing of lift,
understanding how to perform a safe inspection at jobsite for whether the
requirements for the safe working for installing, maintaining and repairing of
lift had been met. Upon completion of
the workshop, learners shall be able to:
manage the safe working of lift installation, maintenance and repair,
make professional judgment on the safe or unsafe behaviour and conditions for
safety working on lift and to identify viable solutions to unsafe issues, and
apply, evaluate and improve continuously their professional knowledge and
practical skills in the working environments.
課程重點介紹與電梯安裝及維修的有關安全施工作業和標準,了解如何在施工現場進行安全檢查,以確定電梯安裝及維修的有關安全施工滿足相關要求。完成課程後,學員能夠:
管理電梯安裝及維修的安全施工,對工地電梯施工的安全或不安全行為和状況進行專業判斷,並確定問題的可行解決方案;
應用、評估和持續改工程人員在工作環境中的專業知識和實踐技能。

Ir Tse works for a leading European lift
company to manage health and safetyengineering
aspect in the Asia Pacific and Middle East
region. He is a Chartered Engineer,Chartered
Safety&Health Practitioner and Chartered
Fellow of Institution ofOccupational Safety and
Health (IOSH). He has more than 25 years of
experience in the field of engineering, safety
and management. Ir Tse is currently a Council
Member of IOSHofUK. Also, He was
the Past Chairman of the IOSH (Hong Kong
Branch) and past committee member of HKIE
Safety Specialist Committee. He is a member of
the Task Force on Site Safety of
Working in lift shaft of the Construction
Industry Council in Hong Kong.
